Terms of sale & software licence

Your licence

Astrology is downloadable software for macOS 13 or later on Apple Silicon. A licence allows the purchaser to use it on two active Macs, including for commercial projects. You may deactivate a Mac and activate another through your account. Keep your licence key private; do not share or resell activations. Rights granted by law, including any mandatory right to transfer software, remain unaffected.

You receive twelve months of updates from purchase. Afterwards you may continue using the versions covered by your licence without paying again. A manual renewal adds twelve months from the later of the renewal date and the current update-expiry date. There is no automatic subscription. This does not limit updates or remedies required by consumer law.

Astrology does not acquire ownership of your projects. AI subscriptions, hosting, domains and other third-party services are separate and follow their providers’ terms. Node.js, npm and Git are required; the features page explains the other prerequisites. Internet access is needed for purchase, download, activation and periodic licence checks.

Ordering, payment and delivery

Review your order and total before paying in Stripe. The amount confirmed at checkout, including applicable tax, is the amount charged. There is no additional INPS 4% surcharge. Provide accurate billing details; the seller issues your invoice separately through Fattura24.

The contract is concluded when successful payment is confirmed. Your licence and download access are supplied electronically after payment confirmation, normally within minutes, using the purchase email and account. If they do not arrive, contact hello@astrology.build with your purchase reference. Do not send card details.

Withdrawal, refunds and support

You retain the withdrawal and refund rights explained in our refund policy. Downloading or activating Astrology does not waive your statutory withdrawal right. Contact hello@astrology.build for assistance, a defect or a complaint.

Review agent changes and maintain backups: agents can modify files and run commands according to their permissions. This advice does not exclude the seller’s liability or your legal remedies. Mandatory conformity guarantees for digital content, including repair, price reduction or termination where applicable, remain intact.

Italian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights in their country of habitual residence. Matters not expressly regulated here are governed by applicable law. Changes to these terms do not retroactively reduce rights under an existing purchase.
