Withdrawal & refunds

Consumer withdrawal
EU consumers may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after the contract is concluded, without giving a reason. We do not ask you to waive this right when downloading or activating Astrology. Any longer period or other protection required by applicable law remains available.
Send an unambiguous withdrawal request before the period expires, by email or post. Include your name, purchase email, order reference if available and purchase date. No special form or explanation is required. You may use this optional wording:
To the Astrology seller identified in the legal notice: I withdraw from my contract for the Astrology licence/update renewal ordered on [purchase date]. Name: […]. Address: […]. Purchase email or order reference: […]. Date: […]. Signature only if sent on paper.
We reimburse the payment covered by the withdrawal, including the tax charged, using the original payment method, without a refund fee, within 14 days of receiving your notice. A refunded initial licence is deactivated; stop using it after withdrawal. A refunded update renewal removes the entitlement supplied by that renewal, without cancelling your earlier paid licence.
Any additional guarantee
If your purchase offer expressly includes a 30-day money-back guarantee, you may request a refund of your first licence purchase within 30 days of purchase, without giving a reason. This additional guarantee does not apply to update renewals. It does not shorten statutory rights or replace remedies for defects. Refunds under this guarantee follow the method and timing above.
Problems with the product
Contact us if Astrology is not supplied or does not conform to what was agreed. Your legal rights to conformity, correction, price reduction or termination, where applicable, remain available independently of withdrawal or a commercial guarantee. Business purchasers retain the remedies provided by applicable law and any expressly included guarantee.
